St. Andrew’s Presbyterian
Grace and peace to you from the Administrative Commission of the Middle Eastern Presbyterian Fellowship of Tucson!
All year long, we have rejoiced in the generous success of the fundraising dinner that nearly 200 folks from several church denominations(including many recipients of this letter) attended in January 2015. Without support from this event and from other sources, the Fellowship might have had to close its doors at a time when Tucson’s Arabic-speaking refugee population is growing.
We invite you to attend a family-friendly festival on Saturday, November 21, 2015 co-hosted by fellowship members and friends at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church at 7650 North Paseo del Norte, Tucson, AZ 85704 (North of Ina, South of Magee, East of La Cañada, West of Oracle).
From 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., a fun bazaar will feature music, food, games, a silent auction, and more. A program that follows for adults (with childcare provided) will highlight stories of refugee families and update you on the Fellowship’s progress.
With breaking hearts and feelings of helplessness, the world is watching the unfolding refugee crisis. The Middle Eastern Presbyterian Fellowship offers God’s love and hope to refugees starting the resettlement process in Tucson. You can make a difference in their lives, by attending the festival and supportingthis ministry in many ways.
