Responsibilities include basic church bookkeeping, preparing bank deposits, tracking expenses, preparing and distributing monthly financial reports, monitoring office expenses, preparing and inputting payroll into QuickBooks, submitting appropriate payroll documents to contracted payroll company; distribute payroll and contractor checks.
